PB & J Shakeology


Did you ever think about drinking something that tastes like pb & j? Sound kind of gross?? It's not and in fact it's our 2nd go to shake...love it!
water with a splash of almond milk
mixed berries
peanut butter
vanilla shakeology
ice
 

Much more filling than the traditional pb & j!

21 Day Fix Calendar

I don't know about you, but I want to be able to cross my workout off after I've completed them.  

I'm visual like that :)



You get a lot with the 21 Day Fix program, but the one thing you don't get is a nice calendar that lays it out for you that allows you to cross off your workout for the  day...so, here you go!  Print this off and hang it where you will see it regularly to remind you to get your workout in!  Some people keep them on their refrigerators, next to their bathroom mirror, I personally keep mine in my closet where I get dressed every day.

Thin Mint Shakeology

 After a great workout today, I treated myself to a Thin Mint Shake!  

It was delicious and far more filling and healthier than eating the cookies.

Try it for yourself!

Thin Mint Shakeology

1 Scoop of Chocolate Shakeology

1.5 Cups of Water

1/2 Frozen Banana

1/4 tsp Peppermint Extract

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

A Handful of Greens

Ice

Mix in Blender and Enjoy!
