Thin Mint Shakeology

 After a great workout today, I treated myself to a Thin Mint Shake!  

It was delicious and far more filling and healthier than eating the cookies.

Try it for yourself!

Thin Mint Shakeology

1 Scoop of Chocolate Shakeology

1.5 Cups of Water

1/2 Frozen Banana

1/4 tsp Peppermint Extract

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

A Handful of Greens

Ice

Mix in Blender and Enjoy!
