Does this ever happen to you?


So I totally blew my diet this weekend!  Yesterday, I ate pizza and a coke when I had healthier options already prepared.  Today, I had garlic and cheese flavor hard pretzles...totally delicious, but then all I could taste later was the garlic.  I love garlic, but not enough to taste it all day.  So, what did I do?  I spent the next several hours eating everything that I could to get that taste out of my mouth.  Unfortunately, nothing worked, I still tasted it and I turned my diet upside down!  Does this ever happen to anyone else??  If so, please help me!  What works for you to get strong flavored tastes out of your mouth without turning your diet upside down??
