Tracking

Start Make Life Altering Changes Just By Tracking


Do you want to make changes in your life...I'm sure, we all do!  Getting started is the scariest part for many of us because we don't know how to begin.  Before you know the route you're going to take to achieve your goals, you first must know where you are at the starting line. Tracking will revolutionize your life and ultimately your life style!

Pick one behavior or aspect of your life that you would like to improve and begin tracking for one week.  You can choose to track your workouts, everything you consume (food & drink), how much money you spend, really the list is endless!  

Get a mini notebook, get an app on your phone, or select a tracking device that you are comfortable with and then get started - TODAY!  

I'm going to start tracking __________ on month/date/year

After one week, you'll be amazed at the information you've collected...and then commit to do it for at least two more weeks!! 

It's important to track for at last three weeks because something doesn't become a habit until you practice it for 3 weeks (21 days). 

Writing things down sounds simple - and it is - BUT ONLY WHEN YOU DO IT!
