FREE GROUP in honor of Sumimit!




In honor of Beachbody's Summit that is being held in Nashville this week, I thought it very fitting to offer a FREE Daisy Duke & Cowgirl Boot group to anyone who wants to get their bottom half in shape to so that if you were in Nashville, you would totally rock you Daisy Dukes and Cowgirl Boots!!
This FREE challenge group will run for only 14 days! (July 15-29)  Each day you'll be given a series of exercises that will primarily target your legs, but there will be other moves that target more than just your legs :)  Each day, the exercise sequences will take anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes.  I recommend that you continue with your exercise plan (assuming that you have one ;) and that you add these workouts to it!!
These 14 days will give you sneak peak into what my challenge groups look like without having to commit to trying a particular program.  ANYONE can PARTICIPATE!  In addition to the daily exercise, I will provide you with some meal plan examples,  recipes and also some wellness tips to help you kick start your journey towards being healthier.
If you want something that you've never had, then you have to do something you've never done!
I've never had killer legs to rock the Daisy Dukes & the Cowgirls Boots, so I'm SUPER EXCITED!!
